[She was not in the best of health, so it doesn't surprise me, but it's still sad to hear about.]
Anyhow, I think I'm gonna try this Couch to 5K thing that a lot of people have been doing these past few years. I figure it'll help give me some kind of goal with this cardio thing. I just hate cardio soooo much. It's boring. :( I like sports and strength training, but I feel like there is no real end-goal to cardio, so it bores me to death. What's supposed to motivate me to keep running?
